A RIB Treasure Hunt brings these skills to the surface and challenges teams in a fun and unique environment. It offers a rewarding experience for participants; and for employers it is an effective method of developing team leadership and communication skills.

The focus of our RIB Treasure Hunt is for participants to have fun while working as a team, using their collective powers of deduction and reasoning to solve clues that allow them to navigate successfully to the hidden treasure. Each team, of up to six members, is issued a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain, a RIB and a Treasure Hunt kit which contains all the resources they will need to successfully complete their mission. As their clues guide them amongst the beautiful bays, inlets and islands of Boston Harbor and Massachusetts Bay, each crew member will have an opportunity to lead their team in creative and challenging tasks.
