Executive Team

Mr. Savageclrpx Andrew T. Savage, Esq. - Principal

Andrew is an accomplished yachtsman who has been sailing and boating since childhood. He is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain and a U.S. Sailing certified Powerboat Instructor. A competitive sailor, racing out of the Corinthian Yacht Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts, Andrew has raced nationally and internationally in a variety of classes and was co-owner and tactician onboard Pompano, winner of the 1998 International One Design North American Championship.

Andrew serves as Secretary and Counsel for both the Corinthian Yacht Club and the Savage Family Foundation. Additionally, he volunteers as President and Director of the Corinthian Sailing Foundation, Marblehead, Massachusetts, and as a Board member for the Courageous Sailing Center in Boston, both organizations focusing on youth education and enrichment through sailing.

Andrew and his wife, Julie, reside in Marblehead, Massachusetts with their four young children.

Bryan PeughclrpxBryan Peugh - Vice President - Operations

Bryan brings over twenty years of marine operations experience to Flagship Adventures. He has been involved with waterfront operations, management, and sailing for his entire career, including positions with the San Diego Yacht Club and Cape Cod Sea Camps. Bryan is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain, a U.S. Sailing Powerboat Instructor, a U.S. Sailing Instructor Trainer - certified for both Keelboat and Small Boat Handling, and an accomplished windsurfer and sailor.

Most recently, Bryan was instrumental in the development and growth of the Courageous Sailing Center in Charlestown, Massachusetts, where he served as Program Director, Associate Director, and Executive Director during his sixteen year tenure. During that time, Bryan was responsible for the financial and programmatic success of Courageous' youth, adult and corporate activities. Bryan also received U.S. Sailing's Award for Outstanding Outreach & Inclusion in 2000 and for Outstanding Contributions to the Development of Community Sailing in 2003. Bryan currently serves as a member of both the Boston Waterways Board and the Governor's Advisory Board for Safe Boating and Recreational Vehicles and is the Massachusetts Special Olympics Sports Director - Sailing. Bryan has also served as a Board member of Pleon Yacht Club, Marblehead, Massachusetts, an area coordinator with the New England Yacht Racing Association, and a volunteer sailing coach for Massachusetts Special Olympics and the Carroll Center's Blind sailing program.

A native of San Diego California, Bryan was educated at San Diego State University majoring in speech communications. He currently resides in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Tina RhodesclrpxTina Rhodes - Director of Program Development

Tina's attention to detail and understanding of the strategic aspects of events come from her experience at Premier Incentives, producing marketing support to help corporate clients understand, enable and motivate their employees and customers to the highest level of performance through customized incentive travel programs.

Her career as an event planner began after obtaining her degree in Geography, Travel & Tourism from Salem State College. With broad industry experience developing, negotiating and planning the unique needs of high profile meetings, incentive programs and special events, Tina spent the past 8 years traveling extensively both domestically and internationally operating client events.

Tina and her husband, Colin, reside in Marblehead, Massachusetts
